Resumo:
The teaching of engineering is closely linked to the application of mathematics as this is an essential tool for studies. Z Generation, which currently makes up a considerable portion of students, has some particular characteristics, including the fact that they are digital natives and are constantly connected to the internet and computer applications that help them in their daily lives. This paper presents a brief discussion about the use of computer programs in engineering teaching as a way to optimize time in the classroom.
